Welcome to the Wizard Games

I created this house based on the book The Hunger Games. I used the main areas of the book for my themes; District 12( Grizzleheim), the Capital ( Wysteria ) and the Arena itself. I will be using the Tag game that was in test realm once it is released to live game for the actual game part of this house. That is when this house will be open for full viewing. I decided to post this blog post because so many were asking how the house is coming along. Once the tag game is released to live the house will be open for the games.  

I hope this blog post takes you on a journey to The Wizard Games.  Lets begin in Grizzleheim a basic way of life such as farming and hunting with simple living areas. There was once a coal mine here now only bits remain. The day of the game Belladonna Crisp (Effie Trinket) comes to call the names of the wizards for those who are to join in The Wizard Games. She reaches her hand into the large fish bowl and pulls a name.

The wizards take the train to the Wysteria.  I used a teleporter for the train and a toy train for the sound effects. Once the train stops at Wysteria the wizards see that there was no lie about the grandeur of this place. Fountains, bright areas, even the people showed of magnificence with their bright colored clothes. The wizards all head to a great dining hall where you can eat as much as you want.

The wizards have their own dressing rooms where they can talk with their mentors and stylists. Each room has their outfits for the ceremonies and places to rest up for the games. Though I am unsure how much rest they will get thinking about what will happen in the arena. 

The training center is were the wizards can train and show what they are capable to achieve in the games, in this room you will find weapons practice dummies and books to helps each wizard learn and get ready for games. At the top of the training center there is a garden which is so relaxing this is also where the interviews for each wizard happens.

 The last place we get to view is the opening of the games This is where all the wizards will land in the arena.  You can actually see the beginning of this large arena where each wizard will have to fight for weapons and supplies.  I used a teleporter so everyone can land in the arena. This arena has traps, places to climb up trees and even a cave.  I have added many hiding places throughout the arena. I will only show the beginning of the arena  as we have to keep somethings to those who will be playing the games there. ;)

Housing Showcases

I have a few houses for you today, the houses of Alex LionHeart, our very own Ditto the Fabricated American, and a new one from Talon Blade. Lets go in order and start off with Alex's house. He decorated his house to throw a birthday party for Fallon, His houses were exquisite with dining halls ,  gardens and he even had a mannequin of her. I really enjoyed looking around all of his areas and houses.

Now we are off to our very own Fabricated American Ditto's houses. ditto had his Wizard anniversary (Wizaversary) and decorated his houses to have his party. I got the pleasure to view his houses before the party and took these couple of shots of the parts he really like. I love his dragon hatchery,I could see Madame Jasmine having so much fun there.

Last house for the  day is Talon Blade's he allowed me to take a shot of 2 places of his unfinished houses.  His wizard tower he went up and was able to show the dragon that lives in the tower. He also had this amazing Owl in the Moon Cafe,  you can actually see the owl and the moon.

Tag housing game!

I have spent the last few hours playing tag with tons of Wizards. This was an amazing addition to housing.  Buy purchasing the one single game you can have hours of fun.  From a normal game of tag to Wildfire where everyone chases each other around turning into efl's. This game cost 2k crowns and comes with a endless amount of fun for friends and family. I have been waiting a long time for a game we can play with other Wizards of the spiral and here it is.  Check the patch notes for more information. Aye We Have Pirates o' Wizard101

Ahoy! Me Hearty!' I brin' t' you today Pirates o' Wizard101. 

I will attempt t' transport you from a simple Dorm made into a housin' walkway (Hub) t' a land o' Pirates and the elegant (yet semi ruined by flooded waters) Governor Mansion.  Where thar be a ghost Sea Rover ran by the Scallywag Captain Mumme and Pirates be the ones who have t' walk the plank and be forced sell their stolen treasures.  After the sea port we will head off to the Governor's mansion. This once beautiful and elegant mansion now ruined by water and decay from Captain Mumme draggin' it down to bottom o' the sea floor, to spend the rest of it's day in Davy Jones locker. Here we go:

Our first stop be me dorm room that where me Foo Dog Moose shows the way to the Pirates o' Wizard101. Lets follow Moose. When we land in the sea port we be met with water dogs and a Scallywag still locked up in jail tryin' to get out, maybe one o' those dogs could have the keys? I highly doubt it, looks like he has been thar awhile.

Travelin' over t' the main seaport we can find a Pirate havin' t' sell his stolen treasure . The platforms leadin' down through all the riggin''s, t' the old broken bow o' the ghost ship. We can see muti levels and where the sea floor as come up through t' broken area o' the ship. SHIVER ME TIMBERS! We can see the Ghost ship and look they be makin' a pirate walk the plank.  Scallywag Captain Mumme be at the helm still controllin' where his ship travels.

Let's head out o' this area t' the Governor Mansion. (Don't worry I will add a slide show at the end o' this segment t' show more areas.) Once inside this once grand mansion you can see the water that has flooded it from bein' under the sea for so long.  Some area still have that grand design, while other areas seem t' be ruined from all the water damage. Down t' the port, one room be water damaged and old lookin' and the old workshop seems t' be completely flooded. You can see where the tools float'n around and the old iron furnace fire has gone out. I actually think the old black smith be still thar.

Pirates Wizard101 - free slideshow

Housing Showcases.

I have a 3 houses to showcase today. First one is from Talon NightShade. His island getaway house  reminds me of a ship that wreck off shore and the wizards and pets have taken over this small island. When you first come to Talon's house you land on shore. You can see where the wizards landed and all the supplies from the ship are in view. You can also see areas being built on land such a pens for animals and areas for protection. There is a hut for shelter where some plants have grown up through the floor to add that extra bit of live.

 Next showcase is of the home of Megan BlueWater.  She has a lovely Royal playhouse where you can sit and enjoy the fire place. what caught my eye here was was how this  wall and floor went so great together.

 Last showcase today is of a wizard hotel created by Sydney and Chris . They created a very pleasant hotel style house. By using different items they made walls for individual rooms. They even created a animals park for the guests pets.
