Animals Found Around the Spiral

So I was running around finding furniture for my Spiral Museum and came across a chicken in Cool Ranch. This chicken was walking around flapping its wings , there were a couple different colors and seen one even sitting on a crate. I got to thinking now this would be great pet to have running around my ranch houses. I even found a skunk and a raven! What animals have you seen around the spiral? What do you think would be a great looking pet.

Build-a-Castle ( Basics to building)

Controls

Automatically Select Next Block – After you place a castle block, if you have more of that same kind of block, you immediately start placing another one.

Snap Blocks – Only allow placement of castle blocks in a grid formed by the nearest castle block of the kind you’re placing.

Hide Higher Items – Hides all items above you and makes the ceiling of the level you’re on transparent.

Lock Blocks – Prevents picking up or moving of any castle block in any house.

Blocks and Basics

Many blocks comes with this house; doors, windows, walls floor with and without ceilings and roof pieces. There's even round towers to add to give that big castle feel .  250/250 If you go over the 250 it will start to go into your decorating space count. This is so much fun , if your ever used building blocks your gonna have a blast! I can tell you I can spend hours playing with castle blocks.

Much like decorating your Wizard101 house  you can use the scroll or the arrows to place your blocks, If you have the auto select next block on , your blocks will go down one right after another until your out of that type of block. 

I use this when laying down the floor plan (shown in image above) Now when placing stairs I would leave a cut out as stair need to be lifted up ,by placing a single floor tile for it to sit on. This is so that  it fits next level floor flush. You  can make so many amazing castles. Just take it down and start over.

Walls go up just as easy. Start at one end and place all the way around your floor plan, don't forget to add windows or doors, after all you need to be able to get inside your castle. Walls for the next level sit flush right on top of the one below.

Roof pieces come in slants, corners, flats and peaks , oh and there's even a round one for round towers. I found when I'm ready to build the roof it's best to set the first pieces and stand on it so you can keep building . I had allot of trial and error building ,though I was so happy with the finished product.

Some helpful tips for building

I've  had many people ask me how big the land areas are. The top image is from the outside and the bottom image is the inside. As you can tell these land spaces are huge.

Wizard101 Update

I haven't been to busy is Wizard101 , I have been playing Pirate101 this week. I have done a few things such as; almost finished my Treetop Getaway, met a fan (image above), worked on sabertooth, Started to second spring the spiral gardens in Treetop Getaway and made a really cool barrel fountain in which I hid the tag game in ;) Oh and I have been hunting turquoise, I guess I was busy after all. ;)

Doubloons and Aquila housing

 Let's talk about doubloons, These are helpful add on to your battle that you can find in plundering group chests. I'm going to be searching for more chests this week, the ones I have gotten are from Friar Sands battles, Not many but enough to have fun with them. Here's a image posted on twitter yesterday to give you an idea of the varieties.

These coins have some fun effects from raining gold on you to Jackrabbit Ju Ju which gives everyone all those boos we all need to get through a big battle. Some even give you extra giving you ninja pigs and death minions.  Here are a couple places to find out more about doubloons. Next up Aquila furniture I got a couple of drops in Aquila. The cart and table in images above, great add on to my Aquilian house I'm decorating. You can also buy many pieces in Nova Aquila inside the The Agora, the housing vendor sales many pieces I posted here. 

A friend of mine Bad Terri Jones has started decorating her Privateer house with an Aquilian theme. Some pieces are drops like the Aquilan Ruins shown in image below and some are bought. Can't wait to see if finish though what I saw so far is fantastic!

Misc Updates Wizard101 & Pirate101

 Where am I in Wizard101? I have been decorating my Treetop getaway, not close to being done though I like the front look and the carousel area I finished this morning. Even with being colorful it fits beautifully. 

The Burrower bed has been fixed and I simply love the look of this piece. Way to go KI and on my! have you seen some of the free items to pick around Kr2? Just check out this chess table. He made a great addition to my pirate themed house.
